Identifying and Dissolving Harmful Self Criticism and Discouragement

In Part 1, we examine the difference between healthy self analysis and harmful, zealous self-judgement and its detrimental effects. In Part 2, we begin to restore the harmony within ourself and end the war between our inner critic and the rest of us with self-respect and ample compassion. In Part 3, we call upon the Higher Self to engage the “inner healer” that soothes and calms where the inner critic has caused  aggravation and anxiety.
